Clear live activity feedback and configurable on-device Model polish for In My Head.

In My Head 0.3 makes local processing easier to follow. Recording, transcription, and Model polish now have distinct, consistent feedback wherever they are active, without claiming progress the app cannot actually observe.

Highlights

Follow work across the app

Recording uses a live timer and a morphing red capture control that changes from a microphone to a stop control while active.
Transcription shows real Whisper chunk completion through animated split bars.
Model polish uses one consistent sparkle treatment in its action and activity surfaces.
A floating activity dock shows only background work that is not already represented on the current screen. When audio playback is available, it shares that one raised surface rather than competing with a separate bottom bar.

Choose a Model polish profile or provide an instruction before creating a new transcript version.
The app preserves the original transcript and represents Model polish as an explicit version rather than silently replacing text.
